A few notes that save recipes:

Take a chocolate chip cookie recipe for 24 cookies:
- 2¼ cups flour (270 g), 1 cup butter (227 g), ¾ cup granulated sugar (150 g), ¾ cup brown sugar (165 g), 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla (8 g), 1 tsp salt (6 g), 2 cups chips (340 g).
You need 60 cookies — a factor of 2.5:
- Flour 675 g, butter 568 g, granulated sugar 375 g, brown sugar 413 g, 5 eggs, vanilla 20 g, salt 15 g, chips 850 g.
